Application Process - Apply for the 2024-2025 JPII School Year today.

Students applying to the 9th grade will need to submit the following:
- Online Application ($65)
- Previous year and current year grades, attendance records, and discipline reports (requested from current school by JPII)
- 4 Pillars Supplemental Form, if applicable
- Recommendations from current English and Math teachers (requested from current school by JPII)
- Standardized tests, if applicable (requested from current school by JPII)
- Current Psychoeducational test results (IEPs or 504s), if applicable (Please email to our Counselor at klechien@jp2falcons.org)
- Agree to the school’s Immunization Policy
- Interview with the Principal, if applicable
Required enrollment documents for all students upon acceptance:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Legal custody documentation, if applicable

In addition to the above required documents, transfer students must:
- Complete the previous year with a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.50
- Have no failing grade on final transcript
- Demonstrate an overall good discipline record (not to be leaving their previous school for any disciplinary reason)
Regarding the drug-testing policy, per the 2024-2025 Family Handbook, "All transfer students, when they enroll at JPII, will be required to be tested within three months of enrollment." (JPII Family Handbook)

We do not accept students who have repeated or re-classified in high school.
We accept 12th grade student transfers on a case-by-case basis.
Student/Parent interview as requested.
JPII welcomes students from around the world. We have had students from Uruguay, India, Vietnam, Germany, France, Spain, Thailand, China, and South Korea.
International students must submit the following:
- Online Application ($65)
- English Proficiency Exam Score. We will accept TOEFL or IELTS scores. The minimum scores for acceptance are as follows: 50=TOEFL (https://www.ets.org/toefl) and 5.5=IELTS (https://www.ielts.org/en-us/).
- Complete Secondary Education Official Transcript. Must be translated by an accredited evaluation service. For a list of acceptable evaluation agencies, click here.
- Math assessment test (conducted in-person at JPII), if applicable
- Current Psychoeducational test results (IEPs or 504s), if applicable (9th & 10th Grade families, please email a copy to Mrs. Kimberly LeChien at klechien@jp2falcons.org. 11th & 12th Grade families, please email a copy to Mrs. Lori Cobb at lcobb@jp2falcons.org)

Additional information:
- Only 11th/12th-grade international students, who live with a host family and/or come via an agency, may apply for admissions, but international students of any grade level living with their legal guardian, may apply.
- JPII does not offer ESL courses and students are expected to be proficient in English when they begin school. We do not provide housing for international students.
- We do not accept J1 Visa applicants.
- There is an additional premium fee of $3,000* for international/exchange students. *Subject to change.
